Surya Nepal has been supporting primary health services to deprived members of society by enhancing health awareness levels, and enabling access to use of quality health services and check-ups. Surya Nepal has also been constantly working on developing the capacity of local volunteers and women to increase health awareness and promote preventive measures for local health problems. Realizing the lack of health awareness in the society, Surya Nepal has been organizing various health-training events and counseling sessions, follow-ups and exposure visits for community people.
Surya Nepal has provided two ambulances and has been helping make available anti-venom and oxygen cylinders that are essential for saving lives in times of medical emergency.
